Nubexx and UCLM collaborate to grow SAP Talent

At Nubexx, we continue to invest in young talent and professional growth. We are excited to announce our new collaboration with the University of Castilla-La Mancha (UCLM) through an agreement that will allow Computer Engineering students to undertake internships at our company starting in February 2026.

This is not our first collaboration with universities or institutes, but this one is particularly exciting for us. The selection process took place partially in-person at UCLM between October and November this year, and in December we confirmed the two candidates selected to start their internships in February 2026.

We are working with Alejandro López, a UCLM alumnus, who has been actively involved in the selection process and is preparing the training plan, which combines front-end and back-end development with SAP, including technologies such as SAP Fiori, UI5, S4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Cloud, CAP, and RAP. The close and continuous communication between mentor and students is fundamental for us, especially in a fully remote environment.

Martina, Nubexx’s HR Manager, comments: "At Nubexx, we value curiosity, a positive attitude, motivation, and a proactive mindset. During the internships, students normally are introduced to SAP for the first time, so a willingness to learn something completely new is essential. Good English is mandatory, as most of our clients are English-speaking and all our work is conducted in English."

During the program, students will become familiar with SAP front-end and back-end technologies, including SAP Cloud, working remotely and gaining practical skills that will allow them to grow professionally.

When we asked Alejandro about his goals as a mentor, he replied:
"The idea is to prepare students for the real world of SAP and the latest technologies. We want them not only to acquire technical knowledge but also practical skills and the ability to adapt to remote work and international projects."

We are confident that this collaboration will provide students with high-quality SAP training in the latest technologies, real-world experience, and skills that will shape their professional careers. Who knows? These internships could be the first step toward becoming future experts in SAP.
